Project Management

All Synetrix Project Managers are Prince 2 accredited to govern the management of customer projects, targeting successful requirement transformation through delivery to project closure.

Training

Either delivered as part of an infrastructure project or product based, Synetrix can deliver customised technical training to assist with personal professional development and/or in support of a new service infrastructure.

Service Performance Management
